VC MOTOR WINDING (ASIA) SDN BHD is established in 1987, more than 25 years experience in overhauling and rewinding all kind
of  induction coil ranging  from AC / DC motor , generator , transformer , lifting magnet and other induction coil reactor. Our Company
has an overall  manpower of  30 skilled / unskilled workers (local and foreign) and have  vast  experience since 1970  professionally
and specialize on high  voltage electric motor repairing and overhauling.

We  have  experience  dedicated  management  team  and  staff  to  carry  out  the  responsibility  and service to our needed potential
customers  and  had  been  proven  to  meet  up  the  deadline  of completion  for  a few major  project in East and committed on site
balancing , alignment pulley/coupling of motor, pump and blower fan .

All motor are deliver in the original name plate rating and the equipment test report is by step:

• Surge test on coil winding phase to phase (Surge Comparison Tester)
• Dynamic balancing of the rotor / armature / impeller fan (Balancing  Machine)
• Free load test on half of the motor voltage given (Volt Meter)
• Full load test on the motor voltage given (Volt Meter)
• RPM test for the motor half and full load (RPM Meter)
• Amp reading for the motor phase by phase (Amp Meter)
• Coil Resistance test on coil winding phase to phase (Ohm meter)
• Temperature test for the winding and rotor shaft (Thermo laser Temperature Tester)
• Megohm test on coil winding phase to phase (Megohm Tester)
• Dielectric Absorption (DA) test on coil winding (Hi-Pot Tester)
• Polarization Index (PI) test on coil winding (Hi-Pot Tester)
• Hi-Pot test on coil winding (Hi-Pot Tester)
