BYC Flexitank is an ideal product to store and transport all kinds of non hazardous liquids & chemicals. BYC Flexitank can be placed in 20′ containers and minimizes packaging cost. BYC Flexitank can be loaded up to a maximum of 24,000 litres depending on the bag design and size. Safe for the packing of food products as it is manufactured with FDA approved materials.

• IBC Liner

Bycom IBC liner comes together with PP woven fabric to provide extra strength and protective external layer to protect the liner against external impact. With special folding method, Bycom IBC liner has eliminated the need of special equipment during loading and it prevents leaking during shipping and storage. Bycom IBC liner is typically constructed with two layers of LLDPE liners and contains co-ex nylon sheet for aseptic and oxygen-barrier applications. The standard dimension is 140 x 102 x 102cm (H). The loading capacity is up to 2,000 litres depending on the bag design. Various sizes are also available as it can be tailor made to suit customers’ requirements.

Various IBC insulation covers are designed and supplied. Widely used within the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries to protect raw materials and liquids that have to be kept between certain temperature limits. Customization can be done to suit user required dimension

• Collapsible Metal Box

Applicable for Rubber, Food, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical industries. Options of inner liner depending on user requirements. Can be use multiple or single time depending on usage handling. Capacity: 1000 – 1500kg. Cater to customer that requires long shipping time

• Drum Liner

Bycom drum liner keeps your drums in ready to use condition at all times. It is popular over a broad range of industrial and manufacturing applications, either for dry or wet commodities. Bycom drum liner can be custom made to suit your required packing capacity. The drum liners come with capacity range from 150 to 200 liters. It suits all kinds of drums and pails, such as those made of paper, fibre, metal, plastic and even the fully sealed drum.

Unlike other drum liners, Bycom drum liner is built with special 2″ spout with screw cap to guard your products against leakages and contaiminations. Drum liners made from special material such as oxygen barrier film is also available.
