Distribution Procedures

1. Our lorries collect leaflets from customers and send it to our store.

2. Van carrying 4 full time workers start distributing leaflets to homes, offices, flats and cars in tamans, feldas and outstations.

3. Motorbike drivers start distributing leaflets to kampung, factories and areas nearby existing store.

4. Bike-checkers sent out to check on delivery.

5. Office informs client by phone, SMS, fax or email to enable clients to check on areas that are having leaflets being delivered.

We are the only company that spend RM8000 per month on 3 bike-checkers to check on delivery of catalog.

WIthout this layer of Control in delivery, there will be a 30% PROBLEMS of:

• Many sets in one P.O. Box
• Skipped delivery
• Non-delivery in dead-end homes, one-sided homes and big homes
