This is a Thai influenced Malay dish. Common use is with fried rice called Nasi Goreng Paprik. Basic ingredient is sauteed chilli paste among other ingredient like onion, garlic and oyster sauce. It can also be cooked with chicken or beef as paprik dish. This is one of the most favorite Malaysian hawker style dish you can find anywhere. Ingredients include onion, chilli, garlic, lemongrass, galangal and kaffirlime leaves.
