• you are responsible for delivering the returned

• any return postage will be borne by customer.

• upon receipt of returned product by Jaditoner.com, verification procedures will be undertaken to confirm
• the claimed defect within 3-5 working days.

3rd step

• once the defect has been confirmed, a new replacement product will be delivered to the same shipping address when you checkout unless stated otherwise.

4th step

• postage of new replacement product will be done by Jaditoner.com.
