

HR Executive

• Responsible and manage the payroll process and salary administration, including payment to statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, IRB, HRD Corp, etc.), and resolve any payroll errors.
• Responsible for distributing monthly pay slips to all employees.
• Provides and responds to account balancing and payroll reconciliations.
• Prepares a monthly HR report on payroll, headcount, and any ad hoc report as and when required.
• Liaises with the insurance company on insurance matters such as claims, new inclusions, deletions of insurance, renewals of insurance, etc.
• Assists with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, issuing employment contracts, etc.
• Coordinates communication with candidates and schedules interviews.
• Ensures to update and maintain employee information in the system and personal files.
• Responsible for the entitlement of a medical claim employee.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Ensures all records and reports (physical and electronic files, databases, etc.) are organised and maintained up to date, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Any other duties as assigned by the HOD, supervisor, and management from time to time.
- Degree in Human Resource Management and equivalent
- 1 year experience in related fields
