•    Providing support and resources for ongoing contracts/projects/bidding. 
•    Responsible to complete the tender proposal and submit within timeframe
•    Read and understand the tender requirement.
•    Extract information and prepares the tender summary.
•    Submit the Tender Summary within 24hrs after receiving the tender.
•    Identify risk associated with the tender and advises HOD/PM.
•    Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project; appointment of project team, set up of project, tracking the progress of the project.
•    Coordinate and develop the projects of the company, business strategy, establishing and updating database for all disciplines of personnel.

•    Responsible to update and maintain project management information, documents and files.
•    Prepare Projected Expenditure for the contract, weekly timesheet summary, monthly invoice, monthly report and to present it to the Project Manager.
•    Responsible for tracking progress of disbursements and overseeing the Contract and ensuring the expenses or invoices is within the projected expenditure.
•    Develop and maintain project budgets with income and expenditures.
•    Actively managing project contracts, finances and personnel to ensure projects are delivered within time and budget.
•    Responsible for Planning and implementation from tendering stage into “won” projects to ensure the effective mobilization of projects in accordance to clients/contract requirements.
•    Handle sub-contracting for project needs with local and overseas partnering companies. 
•    Provide support to Manager.
•    Coordinate progress meetings and maintain Progress Reports.
•    Contact contractors, vendors, subcontractors, partners and coordinate services as directed.
•    Proactively coordinating projects and acting as a central point of contact for the project team including directors, project team, supervisors, and sub-contractors/partners.
•    Book of course or training with different Consultancy Course or Safety Training Centre for Project personnel.
•    Liaise with Project personnel if there’s any discrepancies or matters arising with regards to the contract.
•    Monitor project to be completed within the schedule given.
•    Create and write progress reports to submit to Project Managers or third-party supervisors (governmental bodies) for each milestone.
•    Schedule and convene weekly meetings with the project team and organize meetings with any party of the Project Team when needed.
•    Assist the bidding and tendering team.
•    Any other duties as assigned by the HOD, GM, COO and MD from time to time.

  1. Degree in IT field or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in IT
