•    Assists in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
•    Compiles and updates employee records (hard and soft copies).
•    Assists in processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
•    Coordinates HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and takes minutes.
•    Deals with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
•    Communicates with public services when necessary.
•    Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
•    Assist recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
•    Assists with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
•    Provides HR administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence and the generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes.
•    Ensures all records and reports (physical and electronic files, databases, etc.) are organised and maintained up to date, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
•    Any other duties as assigned by the HOD, supervisor, and management from time to time.

  1. Dimploma in HR, Business Administration or equivalent 
  2. 1 years min experience in HR 
  3. Wide knowledge & understanding of local/regional/global compensation and benefits trends and levels.
