

Finance Assistant

• Account Payable & Receivable
- To receive and verify documents received from other department to ensure documents received comply with finance requirements
- To process the documents received within the agreed stipulated period.
- To prepare summary and notification of percentage documents received on daily basis until 100% received.
- To maintain staff details (contract staff) in HR and Accounting system.
- To prepare salaries & claims for contract staff (seconded to clients under various departments)
- To prepare invoices for all salaries & claims (inclusive of all staff related cost i.e., personal protective equipment, training, insurance, etc.) to ensure all cost incurred to be reimbursed accordingly.
- To maintain submission of invoice, summary & details of invoice submission, tracking and payment.
- To monitor cost payables is lower than the revenue collected.
- To work closely with other department representative to manage contract staff records.
- To manage finance administration task including filing, printing, submission of documents, etc.
- To work closely with client’s representative with regards to invoices submission issues, collection activities, and other related matters.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business
- At least 2 year working experience
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified
